Position: CMO and Science Officer --ch'Shiarrael under command of H'daen Havraha tr'Radaik --Rank and position appear to be more of a field commission as no evidence can be found of Dhivael attending the Romulan War College. 2383: Assigned to USS Athena under strong recommendation from Riov H'daen Havraha tr'Radaik. NOTES: Possesses Romulan Medical License. However, all inquires into how she obtained that medical license have proven unsuccessful. The license was granted on stardate 57288.7. All inquires into Dhivael's past prior to stardate 57288.7 have proven unsuccessful. However, it is suspected that she may have gone by another name. There appears no record that Dhivael graduated from any college or holds any degree. However, her position aboard the ch'Shiarrael requires such a degree, and it is therefore assumed that she holds one, and that information has just not been found. The Romulan government has not been forth coming about this information, even with her appointment to the USS Athena.
