History:
Takela grew up on her homeworld with her mother, father, and younger brother. She is in the caste of warriors, and so at the age of 21 she entered the Military Academy, like all in her Caste do. This is a four year school, and upon graduation (which is expected of every Oriallan) the cadets enter into a 10 mandatory service in the Military. After such time, other oppertunities open up to them, like Political Office, but most remain in the Military for life. Takela was on a training mission, flying in a long range fighter when her homeworld was attacked by the Borg, and destoryed. She did not find out until two weeks later, when she returned to the academy. Takela was lost and confused for a while, she traveled from world to world, not really finding a place of her own. Doing the odd jobs and the like to make a living.
Skills
Since Takela has had to survive on her own for the last six years, she is relatively independent and has become a jack of all trades. She is a capable pilot, engineering, medic, negotiator. She has picked up many of the languages in the region, at least enough of the languages to make deals and get around.
Medical Report
Takela is in top physical health. She suffered from pari'na disease when she was 4 years old, and cured when she was 6. This almost disqualified her from the Academy, which would have disgraced herself, and her family. Takela had to work extra hard just to prove that she was capable, and not handicaped, and so keeps her body at peek performance.
Counselor's report
Takela is very headstrong and has a very high sense of duty and honor (as typical for her caste). Since the destruction of her homeworld, Takela has become very independent, and now finds it difficult at times to be a team player, prefering to work alone. She finds it very difficult to trust other people to do the job properly. She is very friendly, but chooses not to reveal much personal information about herself.
