Born on Earth, is the first of two sons to a former Romulan Star Empire sub Commander Luktra tr'Fyrs'tk, and earth woman Jessica Landers. Raised on the Martian Colonies. He has one brother, younger, named Noah (pictured on right).

Lukas also served aboard the USS Saratoga and was present at the Battle of Wolf-359 where the ship was destroyed. The then Lieutenant Fyrstk was responsible for the safe evacuation of approximately 100 other officers and crew-members from the Saratoga, and their continued survival until a rescue ship found them.

Lukas served for five years aboard the USS Leander as her first officer. As the second-in-command of the Ambassador-class ship, he led many away teams on different mission. He received his promotion to Commander while in this position, and soon received the command of the USS Eagle


     In 2378, Lukas had been reviewing the list of comanding officers of other ships in the fleet. He had seen a picture of the commanding officer of the USS Wyld Foxx A. He dcided right there and then he needed to meet this woman. He started conversing back and forth with her and the two quickly fell in love.
      In early 2379, Lukas was forced to do hand to hand combat with his, then Chief Engineer, Lance Bass, for the life of his love. An alien force had taken over Bass' mind. Bass tried to overtake the Eagle. When that did not work, he escaped in the Falcon and made his way to the Wyld Foxx A. He convinced April that he had been sent by Lukas to bring her back to the Eagle . Bass had wanted to fight Lukas to the death. If Lukas would have lost, the Eagle would have been Bass'.
     Lukas was able to beat Bass, knocking him unconscious and securing him in the shuttle until they could get the appropriate medical treatment for him. April was rescued from the primitive mental institution where she had undergone physical and mental abuse,
     On May 29, 2379, Lukas and April were married in a ceremony on Risa. Following the ceremony, Lukas' parents were abducted by Romulan forces who had suddenly beamed in and back out of the wedding hall.
Commander Rohnok      Lukas took the Eagle into Romulan space. He was assisted by his first cousin, Commander Rohnok (Rohnok t'dek tr'Fyrs'tk) in command of the Imperial warbird RES ch'Bloodwing. they uncovered a plot by the Remans to undermine the Senate by abducting Luktra. Their plan was defeated and Luktra and Jessica were rescued.

     March 20, 2380 saw the birth of Lukas and April's twin sons, Rohan Alaster and Ronov Joachim. In November 2381, the Fyrstk's daughter Jessica Megan was born. Lukas and step-son, Malachi, had traveled to the Pathfinder because they sensed danger with April, only to find April not there. After a tip from Luna, Lukas requested the ship set course to a small planetoid where they had all spent vacation time. It was here where April was found near-to-death, and baby Jesica was born.

In 2382, the Eagle received a automated distress call from a Federation shuttle. They arrived on it's location to find a duplicate of the Falcon, the Eagle's Delta Flyer-class shuttle floating dead in space. Aboard the shuttle were two teenage boys close to death. The boys were proven to be Lukas and April's twin sons Ronov and Rohan from 14 years in the future. They had traveled back in time to warn Lukas of the threat to the Federation, called the T'Kil. Both boys died from severe internal injuries in the Eagle's sick bay.

His First Command:
 They say an officer's first command is akin to his first love. In Lukas' case the Original Constitution-clas Eagle(pictured in the background) is a is no exception. This was a move that Lukas was certain was to be the end of his Starfleet career. Instead it was a grand stepping stone.

In 2374 the Eagle was pullled from the mothball fleet after the loss of many ships to the Borg invasion of Earth (ST - "First contact") and refitted with the latest technology in weapons as a test of effectiveness against the growing Dominion threat.

Dspite his own skeptism, Lukas, then holding the rank of Commander, accepted the offer to command the "antique" starship. He was given a skeleton crew of 150 personnel to run the ship. As the Dominon threat became a reality of war, Lukas guided the "small" starship through many operations along the Cardassian border. For his efforts, he was promoted to Captain and then quickly to Fleet Captain .

     Lukas and crew crossed the universes into the famed Mirror Universe. There they worked with (SHIP NAME CLASSIFIED) and that universe's Resistance forces, to battle the Alliance and save that the multiverses from annhilation. They also battled to save the Alpha Quadrant from a take-over by the race known as the Cypris.

     Now, at the rank of Commodore and in command of the newer, Intrepid-class Eagle, Lukas still thinks fondly of his first command.
