We are ferrying a Federation diplomat to a non-aligned star system. The Two factions in that syatem are attempting to hash out an arms agreement and have asked the Federation Council for help. The Federation views this system as a possible lucrative trade partner and knows a successful deal agreement will go a long way to cementing a friendship.

FOR THE SIM:
We will be arriving in the system at the start of the sim. The factions within the system are less advanced than the Federation, but they do posess the ability to wipe each other out. There is also a non-aligned commercial space station that both parties have agreed, long ago, is neutral territory and the perfect spot for this arms agreement to take place. W will be sending a team over with the diplomat to assist her however possible.
