Supplemental (10/03/2394, 13:30 hours)

The arms talks have been stalled once again.  The Narger delegation stormed from the lounge and we are still trying to figure out what they were angriest about.  I am certain it has to do with the negative wave Commander Jorel felt.  Mr. Enhave' is not pleased.

FOR THE SIM

It will now be our job to try and get the talks back on track.  The Narger are talking about pulling out altogether..
