Stardate 73025.84 (01/10/2396, 11:00 hours) Sensors have maintained a track on the Enclave fleet headed to the Spaculan Colony world. They are still two days out, but they will be in sensor range of the colony very soon. When they see what is there to defend the colony, they will not turn away. Of course, they may not turn away no matter what they see, but it would be helpful if there were a formidable Spaculan fleet waiting for them. I am still waiting to hear back from Starfleet Command, or Spaculan Space Command. Should the latter request our help, we could possibly pick off some of the Enclave warships until more help arrives. But, we cannot actively take any actions in this conflict. The ship is still running under sub-mode, so if anyone does detect us, we will look like a Ferengi cargo ship. FOR THE SIM We are maintaining a watch on the Enclave fleet while awaiting orders from Starfleet. It is imperative the Enclave not be allowed to set up any permanent foothold in Spaculan space, because it puts them in striking distance to many valuable Federation holdings. |
