Captain's Log
Supplemental (01/10/2397, 13:30 hours)
The ship is at yellow alert. A Synthion, as finally revealed by our science department, ship has entered the region and is actively scanning. It is still cloaked, but we can pretty easily track its movements by its use of the scanners. We do have the sub-mode deployed and thus far our deception is holding. Hopefully this will hold true and we will not have to abandon our "catch" here.

For the Sim:
About a half hour has passed since the last sim. We have been watching the progress of the Synthion ship as it scans the area. It is being methodical in its search, so we believe it is looking for the captured ship. All hands should be ready.
Thesim starts precisely at 21:00 hours (9 pm) Eastern time in the Eagle Chat Room.
