Captain's Log Supplemental (01/10/2397, 14:30 hours) The ship remains at yellow alert. The Synthion ship seems to be able to detect where the crew of the disabled ship is by small transponders that are embedded in either the Synthion beigns or in their armor. Because of this, I have ordered the crew beamed back to the Synthion ship and the ship released. I am curious to see if whatever disabled the first ship is still active in the ship's computers and will infect the second one. We have released the disabled cruiser and have moved off, thus far, undetected by the second Synthion cruiser. We are also keepin an eye on Andy to determine if he is affected by the second ship's transmissions or if he has a transponder on him as well. END LOG For the Sim: Very little time has passed between sims. The second Synthion cruiser seems to be satisfied that they have found their missing ship and are concentrating on that. A couple questions need to be answered here. Will the second ship be infected? If not, will they notice Andy is not among the Synthion crew and come looking for him? All hands should be ready for action. NOTE: There is a slight chance I will not be able to make the sim tonight. I have some training to attend which will end an hour before the sim start, but I still must get home. If I am not in attendance, we will pick up next week. Thanks for your understanding. Thesim starts precisely at 21:00 hours (9 pm) Eastern time in the Eagle Chat Room. |
