Supplemental (02/07/2397, 08:00 hours)
After yesterday's interview of Andy, it has become more imperative to find out just who planted the order into his subroutines to kill Dr. Jenco. Ensign Holland was able to piece together information that had, supposedly, been deleted from a data chip that had been inserted into Andy's regeneration chamber. His orders were clear, to kill the first humanoid he encountered after regeneration. That person, unfortunately was Dr. Jenco, but it could also have been Dr. Shadow. We have reviewd security recordings for sickbay for the entire day before this happened, and the only ones near the chamber were, Rear Admiral Fyrstk, Lt. Commander Harris and Lt. Spolo. I am not liking the admiral for this.

About sixteen hours have passed since the last sim. We will be calling the two remaining members of the Starfleet R & D team, separately to the briefing room to discuss what has happened. I will want Commander Hart and Dr. Shadow present.
