Captain's log
Stardate 77233.6 (03/26/2400, 12:00 hours)
We have kep a watch over our "friends," in the old Klingon-style battle cruiser. After a week, they have, finally, managed to repair their warp drive. It took them two days, alone, to decide to call home, and report in. We did manage to learn more about these people. They call themselves the Klurain. They appear to be an off-shoot of the Klingon race, minus the ridges, so prominent on the Klingons. I've sent a complete report, back to command, and surprise, surprise, they want to know more about this race, and how much of a threat they actually might pose, to the Federation. So, now that we know who they are, and where they are, it looks like we venture further into unknown space.

For the Sim:
two weeks have passed between sims (a week following the captain's log, making the stardate 77249.88, and the date 04/01/2400 11:00 hours). We will be approaching Klurain space, and are still another week from their homeworld. What will we find? We will have to be extra cautious, as we already know they are warriors, and will put up a fight. (Oh, and yes, the captain did return to sickbay for his physical. ::wink:: )
The sim starts promptly at 21:00 hours (9pm) Eastern time in the Eagle chatroom.
