Captain's log
Stardate Supplemental (05/03/2400, 11:30 hours)
On our way back to Federation space, we took a small detour to check out an interesting sensor contact. We discovered, several small space creatures playing, or at least we think they are playing, with each other. Lt. Banning defined them as living organisms, and Dr. Resork confirmed that, calling them, "fire eggs." I have ordered the ship to maintain a distance so as not to frighten them, or disturb their games.

For the Sim:
About fifteen minutes have passed between sims. Dr. Resork has relayed his own impression, of the creatures, to the bridge. We shall observe them for a bit more, then resume our way back to Federation space.
The sim starts promptly at 21:00 hours (9pm) Eastern time in the Eagle chatroom.
